Namaste, my name is Adrienne Ashworth. I am a woman of many roles—wife, mother, sister, friend, Life Coach, and D365 Consultant. More recently my husband and I started an AirBnB in BC.

I consider myself truly blessed and have found the courage to embrace life’s challenges and create meaningful opportunities for myself along the way. My journey has been one of growth, resilience, and passion for helping others thrive.

My Story

Back in 2000, I hired my first Life Coach, marking the start of my personal wellness journey. Are we alike in the way life throws us curveballs? Geez… it’s been a challenging path, one that pushed me to step out of my comfort zone and become someone I wasn’t entirely familiar with.

Through years of lifelong learning, I’ve gained clarity about what I truly want—though I’ll admit, it’s an ever-evolving process. Today, I can confidently tell you what I want, knowing full well that tomorrow my perspective might shift! That’s life, isn’t it? The more knowledge and insights I gather, the more my perspective expands. I’ve come to embrace this as a natural part of growth: I grow as I go!
